At Boori, we believe in building quality products to withstand the bumps and knocks of family life. All our products come with a manufacturers warranty to protect against the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault. By registering your product with us, we'll be able to retrieve your details much more quickly, making the process as efficient as possible for you. Your product's warranty details can be found within the warranty document supplied with your new product.
For timber products with a 3 year warranty, you can extend your manufacturer's warranty by 2 years. Please note this doesn't include discontinued or clearance items. Please fill in as much information as possible so that we're able to find your original purchase details.
Please note that the below form is to register your warranty with us, not to lodge a warranty claim. If you are experiencing issues with your Boori product and wish to lodge a warranty claim so that the Boori after sales service team can investigate, please click on the Make a Warranty Claim link to the left of the page.
