Welcome to the Boori Spare Parts page! Unfortunately, hardware often gets lost or misplaced during the hectic happenings of life - at Boori, we aim to make it as painless as possible for you to find the spare parts you need.

Please note that if you require spare parts as part of a warranty claim, this needs to be lodged via the warranty page.

Self-service hardware orders

If you're just missing a couple of bolts, and know exactly which ones you're after, please visit our Hardware & Spare Parts page, where you can order a range of Boori connecting bolts and accessories.

Hardware kit orders

If you're missing a whole hardware kit for your furniture, we will first have to identify exactly which specific model of furniture you have, before we can provide a quote for the hardware kit. If you still have your sales receipt or assembly guide, this can make it easier for us to identify your product and the required kit. Alternatively, you can send a photo of the furniture (even if its in pieces) and we can identify the product that way. Please send an email to services@boori.com.au with your contact + delivery address details, and any information that will assist us in identifying the product. 

Furniture component spare part orders

If you require a replacement furniture component eg. timber panels, bases, knobs, we will also require your contact + delivery address details along with any information to help identify which product you have, as well as which specific component you're after. Please send through your request to services@boori.com.au. Our team will try our best to source your desired part, but please be aware, particularly if you have an older model, we may no longer have the part available in our spares inventory.

Returns + refunds policy for spare parts

Please order your spare parts carefully, as Boori does not normally provide refunds where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection.  Any spare part returns where no consumer guarantees have been violated will not be eligible for a return. 

Hardware items may be excluded from this return ban, if they are returned in their original condition. Returns are at Boori's discretion. Delivery charges may be subtracted from the refund total.
