Delivery Timeframes

If the item/s you’ve ordered are in stock, please allow 1 to 5 business days for your order to be be shipped out from our warehouse. Note that any Pre-order items will be held and not despatched until all items are in stock.

Orders are delivered by 3rd party couriers. Once your order is with the courier, they will require additional time to get your goods delivered to you. Please see below for more details.

Delivery Process

The delivery process may vary depending on the nominated 3rd party courier. For local Sydney bulky deliveries, you will receive a phone call confirming the delivery day. For standard couriers, once your order leaves the Boori warehouse, you will receive an email with delivery information.

Please note that couriers are only obligated to deliver to the front door of the home, and will generally not take goods into a room. If you live in an apartment building, the courier is only required to deliver to the ground floor of the building. Most deliveries are undertaken by one person, who may require assistance during the delivery.

Deliveries are generally carried out Mon–Fri, and specific-day deliveries are generally not available.

Warehouse Collection

The Boori warehouse is located in Eastern Creek NSW (2766) and is usually open Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm for collections. If you’d like to organise a warehouse collection order, set your postcode to 1000 during the checkout process. Please allow the Boori team 1 to 5 business days to get your order processed; once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email with collection instructions.

Pre-order Items

Any orders containing pre-order item/s will not be shipped until all items are in stock. Please note that the stated product pre-order availability on the website is Boori’s best estimate, but can change due to unforeseen delays with container shipping lines.

Cancellations & Returns

If you cancel your order prior to its dispatch, Boori can cancel the order and provide you with a full refund.

If you cancel the order after it’s already been shipped, delivery fees, and a restocking fee apply. Any returning product/s must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Boori will not refund any shipping or handling costs, and you will be charged a restocking fee of 20% the cost of your order. You will also be responsible for any costs involved in the return delivery. Your refund will be processed once the item has been returned and assessed to be in good condition.

Warranty and Damage

If your item has been damaged in-transit, please take photos illustrating damage to the carton/s, and contact us.

Please inspect your goods within 72hrs of receiving them, and let us know if there are any issues. You can send an email to services@boori.com.au noting the issue, and attaching proof of purchase and images to illustrate the issues.

Advertising Platforms, Estimated Delivery Fees & Free Shipping Display

While we aim for accuracy across all advertising channels, information displayed on third-party platforms such as Google Shopping, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads—including estimated delivery fees or mentions of free shipping—may not always reflect your actual eligibility. These platforms use automated location targeting methods that can lead to discrepancies.

How Google & Meta Determine Your Location

Ad content is personalised based on various location data sources, including:

• IP address

• Device settings

• Google/Facebook account locations

• Previous browsing activity

As a result, you may:

• See ads mentioning “Free Delivery” even if your delivery postcode is not eligible

• See estimated shipping fees or prices that do not reflect your specific location or product availability

Boori Is Not Responsible for Location-Based Discrepancies

Please note:

• Boori does not control how Google or Meta determine or display location-specific ad content

• We are not liable for any discrepancies between ad messaging (including shipping offers or fee estimates) and the actual shipping cost calculated at checkout

The shipping cost and any eligible discounts shown at checkout on boori.com.au are final and based solely on your entered delivery postcode and order details.

Google Shopping & Meta Ads: What You Should Know

• Ads displaying “Free Shipping” may be incorrect for your location; standard shipping charges will apply if your postcode is outside our free delivery range.

• Shipping estimates in Google Shopping results are generated by Google and may not reflect our most current delivery policies or postcode eligibility.

• Always refer to our website for the most up-to-date and accurate shipping costs and promotions.

Final Shipping Costs Are Determined at Checkout

The final shipping fee is calculated and displayed at checkout, based on:

• Your actual delivery postcode

• The size and weight of your order

• Current eligibility for free shipping offers

Order Review & Corrections

If an order is placed with a postcode that is not eligible for free delivery, but an ad displayed otherwise:

• Our customer service team will contact you to arrange correct shipping charges

• You may choose to proceed with updated costs or cancel the order for a full refund

Free Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane Metro Delivery Terms & Conditions

1. Free shipping offers are given at the sole discretion of Boori Australia.
2. Free delivery offers are limited to delivery-to-the-door services. Additional delivery services eg. room delivery may incur additional charges.
3. An order cannot be split across multiple deliveries, and deliveries cannot be put on hold for over two weeks.
4. Boori's current free delivery promotion applies to deliveries to the Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane metro regions where the order total is greater than or equal to $1000, or on selected items where mentioned and is only on for a limited time. Specific metro postcodes included are included in the below table.
5. Free shipping to selected Sydney metro postcodes when you purchase selected Boori Living products from our online store. Free shipping will automatically apply at checkout for orders delivered to the following postcodes are specified below in the table This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and is non-transferable. Standard shipping times apply, and returns may void the free shipping promotion, with standard charges then applying

6. Free shipping will automatically apply at checkout if the delivery address falls within our eligible postcodes.
   If your postcode is not eligible, shipping fees will be calculated based on your location and the size of your order.
