In order for us to best assist you, please include the below:

  1. Copy of your sales invoice
  2. Your contact and delivery address details
  3. Description of the issue, and attachment of images to better illustrate this

All Boori products come with a manufacturer's warranty as testimony to the quality and longevity of our products. If you'd like to make a claim, please ensure you've read through our general warranty information as well as the warranty document supplied at the time of purchase. 

To help us process  your claim quickly and efficiently, please fill in as much information as possible below. Please refer to your product's instruction manual to determine the affected parts.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Any benefits provided to you by a Boori warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under the law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
