The Boori Head Office / Warehouse will be closed for the Christmas/New Year holiday from Friday, 20th December to Friday, 3rd January. We will re-open on Monday, 6th January 2025. During this period, our team will be taking a well-deserved break to celebrate the holidays with their loved ones.
While our Office and Warehouse are closed, you can still place orders on our website and at our Boori stores. However, shipping times will be affected. Please note the below cutoff dates for orders to be shipped out prior to our closure:
Orders placed before the 16th December:
We will endeavour to ship these out before we close. Please note that pre-order items will delay shipments.
Orders placed on or after the 16th December:
These may not be shipped out until we return from the closure period on the 6th January.
Please note that these dates are based on when the order will be shipped from our warehouse. They will then be subject to 3rd party carrier delivery times. Due to peak holiday volumes, our delivery carriers may experience extended lead times. For any pre-arranged delivery issues, we recommend contacting your assigned delivery carrier directly. Warehouse Collections:
During our closure period (20th Dec to 3rd January), the warehouse will be closed. Therefore, you will not be able to pick up goods from the warehouse.
