Boori Competitions & Giveaway Terms & Conditions
By entering any Boori social media competition or giveaway, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
Entry Eligibility
- Entrants must be based in Australia.
- Boori Australia employees, close relatives, or anyone connected to the company are not eligible.
- Additional eligibility requirements may apply to specific competitions and will be stated clearly where relevant.
Entry Requirements
- The start and end time of each competition will be stated on the relevant social media post, email, or webpage.
- Entries submitted outside of the stated dates will not be counted.
- Additional requirements may apply and will be clearly communicated.
- Boori is not responsible for entries not received for any reason.
Prize(s)
- Prizes will be clearly stated on the mode of entry and apply only to that competition.
- Prizes are not exchangeable or refundable for their monetary value.
- Prizes are non-transferable.
Social Media Competition or Giveaway Winners
- Winners are selected at random from all valid entries.
- Winners will be contacted privately by Boori via social media.
- Boori will request an email address for continued correspondence.
- Winners must acknowledge contact within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in a redraw.
- Winners may be required to provide an address and mobile number for prize delivery.
- Winners may be publicly announced on the respective social media post.
- Boori competitions are not endorsed by Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, or any other platform.
Website, Email or Other Boori Competition Winners
- Winners will be contacted by a Boori colleague via email.
- Winners must acknowledge correspondence within 7 days to remain eligible.
- Winners may be required to provide an address and mobile number for prize delivery.
- Winners may be publicly announced on the webpage, email, or other channels.
- Winners are contacted within seven working days of the competition closing.

1. Promoter
Boori Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 160 962 354), Unit 11, 4 Southridge Street, Eastern Creek, NSW 2766.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18+. Entrants must have a public Instagram account. Employees of Boori and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. How to Enter
To enter each monthly draw:
- Follow @booriaustralia on Instagram.
- Post a photo or video featuring your favourite Boori item.
- Tag @booriaustralia and include the hashtag #BooriMoments.
- Your profile must be public when posting.
No purchase is required.
4. Entry Limits
- One (1) entry per person per month.
- Video submissions count as two (2) entries.
- Multiple entries do not increase the chance of winning.
- Entries must be new. Reposts or previously submitted content are not eligible.
5. Prize
One (1) winner per month will receive a $100 Boori Gift Card, redeemable online or in-store. Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
One winner will be drawn on the last business day of each month and contacted via Instagram DM. Winners will be announced on Instagram Stories. If no response within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.
7. Content Usage Rights
By entering, participants grant Boori a royalty-free licence to use submitted content for marketing purposes, with credit where applicable.
8. Permit Requirements
This competition is a game of chance. Where required, Boori will obtain the relevant permits. No permit is required at launch for prizes under $3,000.
9. General Conditions
- Boori reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any that breach these Terms.
- Entries containing offensive or misleading content will be disqualified.
- Boori may modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if required.
- By entering, applicants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
10. Instagram Disclaimer
This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. Entrants release Instagram from any liability.
Boori Australia – Christmas Giveaway ‘Turin Compact Cot + Mattress’ Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the Boori Australia Christmas Giveaway (“Promotion”). Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Promotion Period
2 December 2024, 12:00am AEDT – 18 December 2024, 11:59pm AEDT.
3. Eligibility
- Australian residents aged 18+.

- Follow @booriaustralia on Instagram.
4. How to Enter
- Like the official giveaway post.
- Follow @booriaustralia on Instagram.
- Tag at least one friend (each unique tag = 1 entry).
- Bonus: Follow @booriaustralia on TikTok for an additional entry.
5. Prize Details
- 1 × Boori Turin Compact Cot
- 1 × Boori Foam Cot Mattress
- Choice of three colours.
Total Prize Value: $609.90.
6. Winner Selection
Random draw on 20 December 2024. Winner notified via Instagram DM. Must respond within 72 hours or redraw occurs.
7. Prize Delivery
Dispatch from mid-January 2025. Delivery within Australia only.

9. Optional Winner Participation
Winner may voluntarily provide a photo of the cot setup for marketing purposes. Consent required. Not mandatory.
10. Disqualification

11. Limitation of Liability
Boori is not liable for technical issues, lost entries, or injuries except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
12. Privacy
Information collected solely to administer the Promotion and fulfil prizes.

The Promotion is not endorsed by Instagram.
14. Variation or Cancellation
Boori may amend or cancel the Promotion due to circumstances beyond its control.
