How Outlet Pricing Works?

Outlet stock falls into three groups, and the reason for the reduction tells you what to expect from the piece.

• Ex-display: furniture that has been assembled and shown in a showroom. It has been handled but not used, so it may carry light marks from display. These are usually the deepest reductions.
• Discontinued colours: current designs in a finish Boori no longer produces. The piece is new and unused; only the finish has been retired. If you are matching an existing room, check the finish name carefully, because a discontinued colour will be difficult to add to later.
• End-of-line: designs that have been replaced by a newer version. Again, the stock is new, and the reduction reflects the range change rather than the condition.

In every case the reduced price reflects availability or display condition, not lower manufacturing quality. Outlet furniture uses the same sustainably sourced timber, the same low-VOC finishes, and meets the same Australian safety standards as the full-price range.

What Types of Products Are in the Boori Outlet?

The Boori Outlet typically includes:

• Nursery furniture: cots, change tables, bassinets, and chest of drawers sets in discontinued finishes or ex-display condition
• Kids bedroom furniture: single beds, king single beds, bunk beds, loft beds, and study desks, often from prior-year ranges
• Storage: chests of drawers, wardrobes, bedside tables, and modular storage units
• Living room pieces: sofas, armchairs, dining tables and entertainment units from discontinued ranges
• Accessories and spares: study lamps, clothing racks, and bed accessories

Some Outlet items are marked 'WAREHOUSE COLLECTION ONLY': these pieces are available exclusively for collection from the Boori Eastern Creek warehouse and cannot be delivered. Check the individual product listing before adding to cart.

What to Check Before Buying Ex-Display Furniture

Outlet buying is straightforward once you know what to look at on the listing.

• Read the condition note. Ex-display pieces are described individually, and the listing states what marks or wear to expect. A mark on a rear panel matters far less than one on a drawer front.
• Check the fulfilment method. Warehouse-collection-only items cannot be delivered, and this is set at the product level rather than by category.
• Confirm the finish name if you are matching. A discontinued colour will not be available again, so anything you plan to add later needs to be bought at the same time.
• Look at whether the piece is part of a convertible system. Some cots convert to toddler beds with a separate kit, and the kit for a retired range may no longer be produced.
• Check assembly requirements before you commit. Larger items ship flat-packed, and ex-display stock is disassembled for transport, so allow for build time.

Where Is the Boori Warehouse? (Eastern Creek, NSW)

Boori only has one warehouse location, which is in Eastern Creek NSW 2766, in Western Sydney. Full details and directions are on the Eastern Creek outlet page. If you are not based near Western Sydney, you can still check out one of our showrooms and stores to see our current range. However, unfortunately, you won't be able to view our Warehouse Clearance range.

If you are not close to a showroom, the Outlet collection on this site carries the same clearance pricing, and most items can be delivered.

Warehouse Collection: What to Bring and What to Expect

The Eastern Creek warehouse operates Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm, and is closed on public holidays. No appointment is needed. Collection is the only option for items marked warehouse-collection-only, so plan the trip around what you are buying.

• Bring a suitable vehicle. Boori furniture is solid timber and the cartons are long and heavy: a cot or bed carton will not fit in a standard sedan boot. A van, ute, or a wagon with the rear seats folded is the safe assumption.
• Bring straps or blankets. The warehouse is a collection point, not a delivery service, and securing the load in your vehicle is your responsibility.
• Bring a second pair of hands for larger pieces. Wardrobes, bunk beds, and dressers are awkward to lift alone.
• Call ahead if you are travelling a distance. Stock moves quickly, and the team can confirm whether the piece you want is still on the floor before you make the trip.

If you are unsure whether the trip is worth it, the Boori team can give you a sense of what is currently available and at what sort of reduction.

Boori Baby Furniture Warehouse Sale: A Great Opportunity for New Parents

Expectant parents should go to the Boori baby furniture warehouse sale to get all they need for their baby's nursery. We have a lot of furniture that will last, from cots and change tables to storage options for babies. A lot of our pieces feature timeless designs that will still look good years from now. They will help you make a beautiful, safe area for your child.

Key items available during the Boori baby furniture warehouse sale:

• Cots: We have a range of cot designs for the nursery, whether you choose a classic or modern design.
• Changers and Dressers: Keep your nursery organised with functional and stylish change tables.
• Storage Solutions: Our selection of baby and kids' storage furniture can help you keep your nursery, playroom or kids bedroom organised

You may get excellent prices on nursery furniture that will last from your kid's early years through their toddler years and beyond across the Boori kids furniture range.

Is Outlet Furniture Safe for a Nursery?

Yes. Outlet cots, change tables, and bassinets are manufactured to the same Australian safety standards as full-price Boori stock, and the reduction reflects display condition, a retired finish, or a range change rather than any difference in construction or testing.

Two things are worth confirming on an ex-display nursery piece. First, that all fixings and hardware are included, since display units are disassembled for collection: the listing will say if anything is supplied separately. Second, that the assembly instructions for that model are available, which matters most on older ranges. If either is missing, the Boori team can advise on replacements before you buy rather than after.

Delivery Options for Outlet Orders

Delivery for Outlet purchases works the same way as the rest of the range, with one exception. Free metro delivery applies on orders over $150 to selected postcodes in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra. Outside those areas, delivery is available to most Australian postcodes, and the estimate for each item appears on its product page.

The exception is stock marked 'WAREHOUSE COLLECTION ONLY'. Those pieces cannot be shipped under any delivery option and must be collected from Eastern Creek. If your cart mixes a deliverable item with a collection-only item, the two are fulfilled separately, so check each listing before checkout rather than assuming the order will arrive together.
