Delivery & Returns

Delivery Timeframes

If the item/s you’ve ordered are in stock, please allow 1 to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out from our warehouse. Note that any Pre-order items will be held and not despatched until all items are in stock. Orders are delivered by 3rd party carriers, and should reach you within 10 business days of leaving the Boori warehouse.

Delivery Process

The delivery process may vary depending on the nominated 3rd party courier. For local Sydney bulky deliveries, you will receive a phone call confirming the delivery day. For standard couriers, once your order leaves the Boori warehouse, you will receive an email with delivery information.

Please note that couriers are only obligated to deliver to the front door of the home, and will generally not take goods into a room. If you live in an apartment building, the courier is only required to deliver to the ground floor of the building. Most deliveries are undertaken by one person, who may require assistance during the delivery.

Deliveries are generally carried out Mon–Fri, and specific-day deliveries are generally not available.

Warehouse Collection

The Boori warehouse is located in Eastern Creek NSW (2766) and is usually open Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm for collections. If you’d like to organise a warehouse collection order, set your postcode to 1000 during the checkout process. Please allow the Boori team 1 to 5 business days to get your order processed; once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email with collection instructions.

Pre-order Items

Any orders containing pre-order item/s will not be shipped until all items are in stock. Please note that the stated product pre-order availability on the website is Boori’s best estimate, but can change due to unforeseen delays with container shipping lines.

Cancellations & Returns

If you cancel your order prior to its dispatch, Boori can cancel the order and provide you with a full refund.

If you cancel the order after it’s already been shipped, delivery fees, and a restocking fee apply. Any returning product/s must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Reviews

Not the best, but does the job.

"> Love the design idea, but I don't love this product quality. Feels cheap and the boards to fit into the drawers come in two pieces and don't fit that well together (small gap). > Not the same 'colour (almond)' as the bed frame, even though it is labelled as the same colour due to a different material being used, so it looks silly against the Almond bed frame as they are different colours - just an FYI if you are wanting to purchase them to match like I was - get the white instead. > Great storage size and fits well under the bed. >Wheels make it easy to slide in and out from under the bed. > Wouldn't recommend nor would I purchase again."

— Brodie R. (2/5)

Not as solid as boori products are normally

"The under drawers are not as solid as boori products are normally. The bottom of the drawers are two parts. We built it for my son and daughter’s bed and it has come apart with only a stack of little shoes in it. Not one I recommend and we love boori products normally."

— Dorothy C. (2/5)

Great bed with storage, solid

"Great bed with storage, solid and good quality materials. It looks modern and is a nice sturdy bed for our 4 year old. Not too high and storage is a good size. Quick delivery and would buy again from website."

— Olympia D. (5/5)

Great storage option

"Easy to assemble, slides pretty well on our carpet too. Great having extra storage under the bed"

— Paul S. (5/5)

Perfect storage solution

"Sturdy, great quality and a great addition to the bed!"

— Jessica B. (5/5)

Useful underbed storage

"Works well with the canopy bed but I had bought for 2 beds and not designed for the Alice bed (the stoppers that come with the drawers are not long enough for the Alice bed). The base feels a bit weak so can’t put anything too heavy on these drawers. Perfect for spare duvets or soft toys though."

— Megan C. (4/5)

"Perfect. Just what I wanted"

— Toni (5/5)
