Delivery Timeframes
If the item/s you’ve ordered are in stock, please allow 1 to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out from our warehouse. Note that any Pre-order items will be held and not despatched until all items are in stock. Orders are delivered by 3rd party carriers, and should reach you within 10 business days of leaving the Boori warehouse.
Delivery Process
The delivery process may vary depending on the nominated 3rd party courier. For local Sydney bulky deliveries, you will receive a phone call confirming the delivery day. For standard couriers, once your order leaves the Boori warehouse, you will receive an email with delivery information.
Please note that couriers are only obligated to deliver to the front door of the home, and will generally not take goods into a room. If you live in an apartment building, the courier is only required to deliver to the ground floor of the building. Most deliveries are undertaken by one person, who may require assistance during the delivery.
Deliveries are generally carried out Mon–Fri, and specific-day deliveries are generally not available.
Warehouse Collection
The Boori warehouse is located in Eastern Creek NSW (2766) and is usually open Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm for collections. If you cancel the order after it’s already been shipped, delivery fees, and a restocking fee apply. Nice bed. Solid, comfortable, rounded
"Nice bed. Solid, comfortable, rounded corners. I would buy it again. Slightly unconventional mattress size, which limits availability of bedding."
Boori Natty Bed
"Excellent bed. Love it being that little bit bigger than normal toddler beds meaning more length for my little one and will last longer. My little boy who is just 2 loves the steps that go with this."
Nice bed
"Good looking bed for my 2yo, big enough to last for a few years. One thing is worry me that slats been glued to the base and the are wide apart 7cm. If any will be broken I do not know how to change it. I havn’t seen any replacement slats on website boori too. Ikea trofast boxes fit underneat and look great too."
