Delivery Timeframes
If the item/s you’ve ordered are in stock, please allow 1 to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out from our warehouse. Note that any Pre-order items will be held and not despatched until all items are in stock. Orders are delivered by 3rd party carriers, and should reach you within 10 business days of leaving the Boori warehouse.
Delivery Process
The delivery process may vary depending on the nominated 3rd party courier. For local Sydney bulky deliveries, you will receive a phone call confirming the delivery day. For standard couriers, once your order leaves the Boori warehouse, you will receive an email with delivery information.
Please note that couriers are only obligated to deliver to the front door of the home, and will generally not take goods into a room. If you live in an apartment building, the courier is only required to deliver to the ground floor of the building. Most deliveries are undertaken by one person, who may require assistance during the delivery.
Deliveries are generally carried out Mon–Fri, and specific-day deliveries are generally not available.
Warehouse Collection
The Boori warehouse is located in Eastern Creek NSW (2766) and is usually open Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm for collections. If you’d like to organise a warehouse collection order, set your postcode to 1000 during the checkout process. Please allow the Boori team 1 to 5 business days to get your order processed; once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email with collection instructions.
Pre-order Items
Any orders containing pre-order item/s will not be shipped until all items are in stock. Please note that the stated product pre-order availability on the website is Boori’s best estimate, but can change due to unforeseen delays with container shipping lines.
Cancellations & Returns
If you cancel your order prior to its dispatch, Boori can cancel the order and provide you with a full refund.
If you cancel the order after it’s already been shipped, delivery fees, and a restocking fee apply. Any returning product/s must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Boori will not refund any shipping or handling costs, and you will be charged a restocking fee of 20% the cost of your order. You will also be responsible for any costs involved in the return delivery. Your refund will be processed once the item has been returned and assessed to be in good condition.
For hygienic reasons, textile and mattress products that have been opened cannot be returned for a refund (unless covered under Australian consumer law).
Warranty and Damage
If your item has been damaged in-transit, please take photos illustrating damage to the carton/s, and contact us.
Please inspect your goods within 72hrs of receiving them, and let us know if there are any issues. You can send an email to services@boori.com.au noting the issue, and attaching proof of purchase and images to illustrate the issues.
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.

"Great for the little one but a bit too firm for me when I have to sleep on it (not so occasionally). Overall good quality. The length is a bit odd as it doesn’t perfectly fit into the bed frame (Natty King Single) leaving a bit of gap either at the base or at the top. I’d expect this to be a perfect fit given both products are from Boori."
"Actually beautiful, soft and comfortable my daughter loves it and sleeps well every night"
"Comfy and east to put together."
"good quality, my daughter loves it, really comfy. we are quite happy about this product."
"We got the king single pocket spring mattress for my son’s first bed. He absolutely loves it! It’s comfortable and firm."
"The mattress is on the firmer side, and fits nice and snug into the bed frame we purchased at the same time. I’ve fallen asleep during story time a couple of times myself. Highly recommended for quality and comfort."
"We already had the smaller version of this mattress so this was an easy decision for us. My son is comfortable and sleeps well on it. It's quite firm which is good for kids still growing their bodies. The quality is good. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't have removable cover."
"Functional mattress that comes convenient in a box"
"Great mattress for kids"
"We’ve been really impressed with this mattress. The pocket spring support strikes a great balance between comfort and firmness – it feels supportive without being too hard, which has made a noticeable difference to sleep quality. The build quality feels solid and well-made, and it holds its shape nicely even with daily use. Motion transfer is minimal, so movement during the night doesn’t disturb sleep, which is a big plus. Firmness-wise, I’d describe it as medium-firm – supportive enough for growing kids (or adults) while still being comfortable for side and back sleeping. It’s also breathable and doesn’t trap heat, which makes it comfortable year-round. Overall, a great mattress at this price point. We’re very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a reliable, comfortable option."
