Delivery Timeframes
If the item/s you’ve ordered are in stock, please allow 1 to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out from our warehouse. Note that any Pre-order items will be held and not despatched until all items are in stock. Orders are delivered by 3rd party carriers, and should reach you within 10 business days of leaving the Boori warehouse.
Delivery Process
The delivery process may vary depending on the nominated 3rd party courier. For local Sydney bulky deliveries, you will receive a phone call confirming the delivery day. For standard couriers, once your order leaves the Boori warehouse, you will receive an email with delivery information.
Please note that couriers are only obligated to deliver to the front door of the home, and will generally not take goods into a room. If you live in an apartment building, the courier is only required to deliver to the ground floor of the building. Most deliveries are undertaken by one person, who may require assistance during the delivery.
Deliveries are generally carried out Mon–Fri, and specific-day deliveries are generally not available.
Warehouse Collection
The Boori warehouse is located in Eastern Creek NSW (2766) and is usually open Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm for collections. If you’d like to organise a warehouse collection order, set your postcode to 1000 during the checkout process. Please allow the Boori team 1 to 5 business days to get your order processed; once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email with collection instructions.
Pre-order Items
Any orders containing pre-order item/s will not be shipped until all items are in stock. Please note that the stated product pre-order availability on the website is Boori’s best estimate, but can change due to unforeseen delays with container shipping lines.
Cancellations & Returns
If you cancel your order prior to its dispatch, Boori can cancel the order and provide you with a full refund.
If you cancel the order after it’s already been shipped, delivery fees, and a restocking fee apply. Any returning product/s must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Boori will not refund any shipping or handling costs, and you will be charged a restocking fee of 20% the cost of your order. You will also be responsible for any costs involved in the return delivery. Your refund will be processed once the item has been returned and assessed to be in good condition.

If your item has been damaged in-transit, please take photos illustrating damage to the carton/s, and contact us.
Please inspect your goods within 72hrs of receiving them, and let us know if there are any issues. You can send an email to services@boori.com.au noting the issue, and attaching proof of purchase and images to illustrate the issues.

"This tidy toy cabinet has been an excellent storage solution for toys in a playroom. It looks smart and has been very functional. The drawers have a good capacity and the height is perfect for children to play with things on top of the cabinet. I initially bought 2x and loved them so much I bought a 3rd!"
"Nice colour and nicely painted. Easy to install. The boxes are big enough but we probably need another set to store all her toys. Good height too. My daughter loves it."
"Love that they are pinch free drawers and a low height so our little toddler can access independently. We had an issue with one part and the Boori customer service was so helpful in sending a replacement piece. Solid design which is good but would love if it was all solid timber without the use of particle board but overall good piece of furniture we hope to have for many years"
"Space is a premium in our house and these tidy toy cabinets for our kids' rooms have provided a really stylish and functional storage solution. I love the cherry colour and the modern looks. The assembly took no time at all. Highly recommend."
"Great storage for lots of toys and so easy to put together! At the perfect height for a little one and learning skills to put things away after play! Everyone’s happy!"
"We love these tidy draws! They are spacious and our little one is happy to tidy up his toys because it looks so organised and neat 🤩"
"Sturdy and looks really good in kids play room."
"Great storage solution for easy access to kids toys and at the same time looks great as an addition furniture piece to our playroom. It was easy to assemble and good colour selection and size to choose from. We chose the natural timber look with white drawers."
"Great quality, easy assembly and looks great"
"Great product works well in all spaces and easy to assemble"
