Delivery Timeframes
If the item/s you’ve ordered are in stock, please allow 1 to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out from our warehouse. Note that any Pre-order items will be held and not despatched until all items are in stock. Orders are delivered by 3rd party carriers, and should reach you within 10 business days of leaving the Boori warehouse.
Delivery Process
The delivery process may vary depending on the nominated 3rd party courier. For local Sydney bulky deliveries, you will receive a phone call confirming the delivery day. For standard couriers, once your order leaves the Boori warehouse, you will receive an email with delivery information.
Please note that couriers are only obligated to deliver to the front door of the home, and will generally not take goods into a room. If you live in an apartment building, the courier is only required to deliver to the ground floor of the building. Most deliveries are undertaken by one person, who may require assistance during the delivery.
Deliveries are generally carried out Mon–Fri, and specific-day deliveries are generally not available.
Warehouse Collection
The Boori warehouse is located in Eastern Creek NSW (2766) and is usually open Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm for collections. If you’d like to organise a warehouse collection order, set your postcode to 1000 during the checkout process. Please allow the Boori team 1 to 5 business days to get your order processed; once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email with collection instructions.
Pre-order Items
Any orders containing pre-order item/s will not be shipped until all items are in stock. Please note that the stated product pre-order availability on the website is Boori’s best estimate, but can change due to unforeseen delays with container shipping lines.
Cancellations & Returns
If you cancel your order prior to its dispatch, Boori can cancel the order and provide you with a full refund.
If you cancel the order after it’s already been shipped, delivery fees, and a restocking fee apply. Any returning product/s must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Boori will not refund any shipping or handling costs, and you will be charged a restocking fee of 20% the cost of your order. You will also be responsible for any costs involved in the return delivery. Your refund will be processed once the item has been returned and assessed to be in good condition.
Warranty and Damage
If your item has been damaged in-transit, please take photos illustrating damage to the carton/s, and contact us.
Please inspect your goods within 72hrs of receiving them, and let us know if there are any issues. You can send an email to services@boori.com.au noting the issue, and attaching proof of purchase and images to illustrate the issues.
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.

"We love the bed and it’s beautifully presented, and the boori mattresses and bedding are like clouds. The trundle is a bit of a hazard though, all of us have hurt ourselves on the frame one way or another as it is just a bit too high but not obvious enough to see around the bedding. I put pillows on the outside when using it so we don’t have any head bangs overnight. The wheels are not very easy to roll on carpet either."
"We purchased the Natty Maxi bunk specifically for our growing brood of grandchildren in our new home. It is absolutely fantastic! We also purchased the single and double mattresses from Boori which are extremely comfortable for children and adults. The bed frame is extremely sturdy and aesthetically gorgeous. We spent months looking for a suitable bunk bed and most were wobbly, poorly manufactured and ugly. The Natty Maxi bed is stunning. We also purchased the bookshelf and it is wonderful for our 9 year old granddaughter who is an avid reader! Highly recommend this product. The assembly was a little difficult- mainly the timber slats as the screw holes didn't match the predrilled holes int he frame so we needed to redrill these. Otherwise, the instructions and assembly was quite easy. Definitely a 2 person job though. Service from Boori was excellent."

"great looking bed. slightly tricky to assemble as the top slats wouldn’t fit and I had to figure out the issue over a series of text messages with the support team. apparently to make the top slats holes align with the base we needed to apply a considerable amount of pressure to the sides to bring them closer which didn’t feel right. but the support team confirmed that’s how it should be done. i recommend purchasing with assembly"
"We bought two of these (one for each of our boys) as they were the sturdiest and most stylish bunk beds we could find. The double is a great size for me to read to both of them at night. They both wanted bunk beds for when friends come over (or family visit) we have enough beds to house everyone. One of the them sleeps on the top whilst the other sleeps on the bottom. Assembly was straightforward."
"Was really pleased with the quality of this bed. Bought it for grandparent’s house so all three kids can sleep together. Also bought mattresses from Boori, which are very comfortable. Instructions were clear and construction straightforward, apart from the slats. They caused a minor dispute. There were too many pilot holes compared to slats and very hard to screw in the top bunk ones as you couldn’t get the right angle due to the side barriers. Perhaps they should be screwed in before the sides are added."
